Our Founder
With a career spanning 20+ years working for large companies and 25+ years as an entrepreneur, Lee has a passion for driving client success, measured by the fact that over 80% of our clients’ project owners receive bonuses or promotions as a result of the solutions we’ve delivered. With broad and deep global industry experience, Lee is uniquely qualified to bring cross-industry solutions to complex problems. As an entrepreneur, his focus has been to assemble a team of “A Players” who have the same passion and drive for ensuring client success by providing elegant solutions to complex problems.
Our Management Team
Lindsay Fraley received her bachelors degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Georgia and her Masters in Professional Writing from Kennesaw State University. She joined the Blackstone+Cullen team in 2006 in a dual role of marketing coordinator and technical recruiter and has evolved into the VP of Operations. With over 16 years experience in the Information Technology industry, she specializes in internal recruiting for our project teams and external placements for our clients. She is also in charge of the day to day operations of Blackstone+Cullen.
Elizabeth Hancock is a managing leader with over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. With extensive experience on multi-project initiatives with diverse expert teams, Elizabeth brings knowledge and expertise in balancing competing objectives across varying industries.
Greg joined the Blackstone+Cullen team in 2015. He is a sales & marketing executive with over 25 years of experience. Greg is responsible for setting and implementing Blackstone+Cullen’s strategy for business development.
Michael’s career spans over 20 + years with global technology companies Unisys and IBM with roles in consulting, sales, sales management and product marketing with emphasis on working with complex solutions to address business requirements for large enterprise clients in multiple industry segments.
Michael has a driving desire to work with his clients to first understand the business requirements and apply these requirements to highly innovative technology, software and services solutions.
