- Boehringer Ingelheim: IT Senior Director, M&A Program Management - Provided M&A leadership in IT process integration as part of Boehringer-Ingelheimās acquisition of the Merial Animal Health business.
- Sanofi: CIO Office Head, Global Divisions & Digital - Led a team that provided IT Office services to Sanofiās global business divisions, including Vaccines, Animal Health, Diabetes, Oncology, and others. Services included Financial Management, Portfolio Management, IT Quality & Compliance, IT Security, Process Excellence, and Communications.
- Sanofi: CIO Office Head, Animal Health Division (Merial) - Reporting to Sanofiās Animal Health CIO, led a team of people to provide guidance to Merialās global IT operations. This included the management and development of the following: IT Governance and Strategy, IT Portfolio & Investment Management, IT Resource Management, Service Level Management, and IT Communications.
- Merial: CIO Office, IT Program Management: ERP, M&A - Performed special project roles leading the successful execution of critical, global IT programs.
- Merial: Director, IT R&D - Directed skilled teams of IT professionals and contractors to implement quality information systems and provide IT services to a host of business applications in support of the companyās Research and Development, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations and Manufacturing QC functions. Managed the IT Project Portfolio for R&D and related functions, globally. Managed relationships with R&D Leadership team members, globally.
- Merial: Senior IT Developer / IT Business Analyst - Provided technical leadership in the implementation of ERP, business intelligence, corporate interfaces, promotions management, and e-commerce to over 20 Merial subsidiaries, globally. Architected a deployment methodology of these systems, dubbed āthe model officeā which enabled quick adoption, reduced time to implementation, eased change management, and reduced Total Cost of Ownership - all critical objectives for small subsidiaries.
