For 30 years Marshall has built an admirable career. With a technology-oriented operations focus, Marshall has served as CEO, CTO, and Operations Executive. He has personally worked with more than 200 companies on products across medical, avionics, information technology, and communications.

Over the course of Marshall’s career has engaged with large defence contractors and NASA space programs
In various engineering roles. In more recent years, he has turned his expertise in delivering production solutions into those that regulated domains and other technology sectors. Applying open communication skills with a desire to collaborate for the bigger picture have allowed continuous expansion of both his professional network and knowledge.
Marshall brings a diverse perspective to optimize practical processes into special situation companies including start-up, scale-up, M&A prep or resultant, distressed and CEO succession/exit planning. A common central premise across these situations is a talent for developing and instilling a ‘Vision’ tailored to corporate values. Along with Cyber Security, digital transformation, and IT infrastructure, Marshall advises companies on practical application of AI to business processes and systems with the goal of sustaining a competitive edge.
