Principal, Customer Experience and Strategic Transformation
Over the course of his career, George has gained experience in a number of operational leadership roles in multiple industries (such as Chief Customer Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Regional SVP, COO, VP Sales, and Practice Leaders) as well as an Executive Consultant serving and Engagement Executive, Project Manager, and Lead Consultant.
Nearly all of George’s roles and consulting work has been focused on the customer for companies. Functionally, these have been in Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Customer Strategy.
This experience has been gained over a number of industries and sectors around the world. These include professional services, utilities, financial services, high tech, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and Start-Up Operations.
He provides unique client leadership helping identify and solve problems that constrain growth, profitability, consistent execution, and innovation. His view is strategic, but the envisioned path is practical and well-designed.
Having grown up in St. Louis, Missouri, George is an avid Cardinals baseball fan. George and his wife have six children and spend a good deal of time working with their church and local community ministries with a focus on children and family.
