Don has worked within organizations and as a strategic consultant to enable organizations to achieve significant organizational and operational change. Having worked both as an inside change agent as well as an external partner enables Don to effectively support leaders seeking significant change. The depth and diversity of Donās experience enables him to quickly gain a deep understanding of a clientās business challenges and address those challenges with compelling solutions.Ā
Consulting and advisory projects include largeĀ global transformation as well as challenging single business unit solutions. His work has involved diverse industries including energy and utilities, financial services, insurance, and healthcare projects. In the context of transformational projects, Don has delivered methodologies and skill transfers to internal resources enabling companies to manage ongoing initiatives internally.Ā
In addition to his transformation roles, Don has held leadership roles ranging from the global change and process practice leader forĀ eLoyaltyĀ and EEO officer for Aetna, managing compliance and related issues in corporate Human Resources.Ā Ā
Like many, Don originally thought his career would take a different path teaching religion at a local level. He has a BA in education from Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) and aĀ Masters ofĀ DivinityĀ from Crozer Seminary. He soon discovered that his passion was working with teams to overcome barriers to change and innovating and creating new ways of doing business.Ā
He is married with one daughter. He has an extended family in China with whom he has been involved for more than twenty years. He enjoys photography and publishes his photographs. He has served on the board of several regional and national Quaker organizations.Ā
