- CDE: Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence - Responsible for driving excellence and scalable processing to support innovative financial service offerings and BPO operations.
- S2G ā Support Services Group: Senior Vice President of Dedicated Solutions - Led the operations for large, retail and e-commerce clients. Key responsibilities included negotiating and renewing client contracts, fostering close partnerships with client executives, and ensuring that we were delivering a superb customer experience for the elite brands we supported.
- Donnelly Communications: President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Responsible for all aspects of the business with profit and loss oversight for the company. During the first four years of his tenure, they increased revenues by more than 200% and tripled EBITDA. In doing so they transformed into a multi-channel contact center, updated our technology platform, launched global operations in two nearshore locations, and acquired another contact center. In mid-2017, they successfully merged with Support Services Group.
- NWP Services Corporation: Independent Consultant - Helped NWP assess the business viability of developing and offering an outsourced billing service the water utility market. Negotiated and launched the NWP strategic partnership with Solar City, expanding NWPās suite of offerings and marking Solar Cityās foray into the multi-family housing market.
- Lyon Property Management: Regional Vice President - Oversaw the management of 17 properties and 7,000 residential units including the marketing, leasing, maintenance, financial, HR and capital improvement functions. Served as a Board Member of the Atlanta Apartment Association.
- NWP Services Corporation: Vice President of Operations - Led a cultural shift whereby operational and customer service excellence became the norms. Executed a critical turnaround that propelled the company to become the leader in its industry niche and to post the best sales and financial performance in its 11-year history.
