Principal, Program and Project Management
Chuck has extensive, executive level experience in both business roles and Information Systems roles. His focus has been delivering solutions that transform the business he works with. He has led ERP Implementations, Application Rationalization, Data Management, Customer Application Development, and Vendor Selection in areas of supply chain/logistics, HR, Legal, and e-comm. Chuck specializes in learning and then reworking underperforming business processes and groups and then identifying and developing solutions that yield a significant ROI.
Chuck has many times delivered revenue growth and cost reductions that exceeded business expectations. However, in doing so, one of the things he is most proud of is that regardless of the business or industry or the economic situation, he was always successful in getting the most out of the resources and building strong teams of overachievers.
Chuck has worked directly with and for CEO’s, CFO’s and CIO’s and is very experienced in dealing with all aspects of executive level management. One of his strongest traits is being able to explain the technical complexity of an IT/IS environment and the related issues that come along with them to business executives in the boardroom as well as the operations resources in the field. He has been involved with virtually every aspect of IT in his 20+ years of consulting and believe the 3 keys to a good IT solution is 1) understanding the business processes, 2) facing up to the brutal facts of your technical environment challenges and 3) ensuring there is an ROI for what is being done. His favorite part of what he does is identifying the right people to be successful then mentoring and promoting them to get the best out of each and every resource.
Chuck is a problem solver and knows how to build great teams that build great IT solutions that support the business in helping them meet their objectives.
